Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CleanerPage collects, why, and your choices. Contact: hello@cleanerpage.com.

What we collect

• Cleaners: name, email, phone, photo, service areas, prices, payment handles you choose to show (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, payment link), bookings and earnings in your account.
• Clients who book: name, phone and/or email, address, home details, notes for the cleaner, and any review or rating you leave.
• Photo reports: before/after photos the Cleaner uploads. They are shown only to the client through a private link, unless the client allowed portfolio use.
• Technical data: basic logs, device and browser info, and push-notification tokens if you turn notifications on.

How we use it

• To run bookings, send confirmations, reminders and photo reports by email or notification.
• To show a Cleaner’s public site, reviews and ratings.
• To translate texts a Cleaner writes so clients can read them in English.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We don’t sell personal information and don’t use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help run CleanerPage: hosting (Vercel), database and login (Supabase), photo storage (Cloudflare R2), email delivery (Resend), push-notification delivery (Apple Push Notification service), payment processing (Stripe and Stripe Connect), and translation (DeepL or MyMemory, for texts only). Stripe processes card and bank details under its own privacy policy; CleanerPage does not receive full card numbers. A client’s booking details are of course shared with the Cleaner they book. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

While the account is active, and for a reasonable time after so a Cleaner can come back. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights (including California / CCPA)

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Email hello@cleanerpage.com. Clients can also contact the Cleaner directly.

Children

CleanerPage is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted per account, and report photos are only reachable by their private link. No system is 100% secure, so please keep your login safe.

Changes

We’ll post updates here and tell you by email or in the app if changes are significant.
