How long do you remember who came from me?
After a click, your link is remembered on that phone or computer for 90 days. Once the cleaner signs up, she is tied to you for good, no matter where she pays from.
How long do I earn from one cleaner?
You get 50% of each payment she makes during her first 12 months on CleanerPage.
When do I get paid?
Each payment is held for 30 days in case of a refund, then it becomes ready to be paid. We pay out once a month by PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.
What if a cleaner asks for a refund?
Then your share of that payment is removed. You can always see the status of every payment in your dashboard.
Can I be a cleaner and a partner at the same time?
Yes. Use the same email for both. You can't earn from your own account, though.
What am I not allowed to do?
No spam, no fake accounts, no ads that pretend to be CleanerPage itself. Accounts that break this lose their earnings.
